Buy credit packs
Top up with 2,000 or 10,000 credits that never expire and are used after your plan credits.
Credit packs are one-time purchases for when your monthly plan credits aren't enough, for example during a fundraising sprint or a big list build. Pack credits never expire and stay in your workspace until you use them.
Pack sizes
Packs are available on every plan, including Free. Tax is added where it applies.
Buy a pack
Owners and admins can buy packs.
Open billing
Go to Settings → Billing and scroll to Credit packs. You can also click the credits meter at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Buy credits.
Choose a pack
Click Buy 2,000 credits or Buy 10,000 credits.
Pay
Stripe Checkout opens. Enter or confirm your card and billing details, then click Pay.
Get back to work
You return to OmniLead and the credits are in your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.
Each purchase creates an invoice you can download from the Stripe Customer Portal. See Invoices and tax.
How pack credits are used
OmniLead spends plan credits first and pack credits only when plan credits run out. Because plan credits reset every month and pack credits don't, this order means you never lose credits you paid for.
For example, with 300 plan credits and 2,000 pack credits, revealing 500 contacts uses all 300 plan credits and 200 pack credits, leaving 1,800 in the pack. When your plan renews, you get your full monthly plan credits again and the 1,800 pack credits are still there. See How credits work for more examples.
Packs and plan changes
- Upgrading or downgrading doesn't affect pack credits.
- Cancelling your plan doesn't affect them either: they stay available on Free.
- Deleting the workspace deletes its pack credits. They can't be moved to another workspace.
Pack or upgrade?
A pack is the better choice when you need extra credits once. If you buy a pack most months, a bigger plan is usually cheaper:
- Starter plus a 2,000 pack is $88 for 3,000 credits in a month. Growth is $149 for 5,000 credits every month, plus all four lenses, the portals and three seats.
- Growth plus a 10,000 pack is $298 for 15,000 credits. Agency is $399 for 20,000 credits every month, plus the API and unlimited mailboxes.
Refunds
If you bought a pack by mistake and haven't used it, contact support. When a pack is refunded, its unused credits are removed from your balance. Credits already spent can't be refunded.
Can I use a promotion code on a pack?
No. Promotion codes apply to plans only.
Do pack credits count toward the credits.low alert?
Yes. The alert uses your total balance, plan and pack together.
Can I buy a custom amount?
Packs come in two sizes. Buy several packs if you need more; there's no limit.
