Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated September 28, 2026

If you're a California resident, you can opt out of OmniLead making your personal information available to its customers.

Opt out in two minutes

Verify your email, then choose to remove your data or never be contacted through OmniLead.

Opt out

What this means

OmniLead compiles public, professional information, such as a work email published on a company website or a role listed in an SEC filing, and makes it available to customers who search for business contacts. We don't sell personal information for money, but making it available to customers may count as a “sale” or “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to opt out.

How to opt out

  1. Go to the opt-out portal and enter your email address.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code we send you. This confirms the request comes from you.
  3. Choose Remove my data to delete your record from OmniLead, or Suppress: never contact me to keep your address on a do-not-contact list that every workspace respects.

Either choice takes effect across all workspaces. You can also email privacy@omni.cloudgens.net or ask an authorised agent to act for you; we may ask the agent for proof of authorisation.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sharing for analytics on our website. To opt out of the OmniLead database, use the portal above, since a browser signal doesn't tell us which email address is yours.

Your other California rights

  • Know what personal information we hold about you, where it came from and who it was disclosed to.
  • Delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information. We don't collect sensitive personal information about people in our database.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We respond within 45 days, as the CCPA requires. Details are in our Privacy policy.
