Four lenses, one workspace

Switch what you're looking for. Keep one pipeline.

Pick a lens and the search, filters and templates change with it. Contacts, inbox and pipeline stay shared, and every saved contact remembers which lens it came from.

Company and people search results with titles, company size, location, verified emails and the web page each was found on.

Provenance

Every contact has a receipt.

Click the link icon on any result and see exactly where each field came from and when we found it. Nothing is guessed and nothing comes from a language model. When an address isn't published, OmniLead ranks candidates from the pattern of real addresses on the same domain, verifies them, and tells you that's what it did.

Leads
Company websites (team, about, contact and impressum pages), OpenCorporates registries and Google Places. The crawler respects robots.txt and identifies itself.
Investors
Funds and their related persons from SEC Form D filings on EDGAR, with the filing linked. Contact details from the fund's own website.
Researchers
Authors, institutions and works from OpenAlex, ORCID and Crossref. Only public professional information.
Grants
Open opportunities from Grants.gov, NIH RePORTER and NSF Awards, with the listing linked and deadlines tracked.

Compliance is a feature

The outreach tool that won't get your domain burned or your company fined.

Cold email is legal in many places when it's honest, relevant and easy to stop. OmniLead builds those rules into the product, so doing the right thing is the default rather than a checklist you hope everyone follows.

Not legal advice. You remain responsible for how you use outreach.

One-click unsubscribe
Every email carries RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe headers and a footer link. Unsubscribes apply instantly, across every sequence.
Postal address required
CAN-SPAM needs a physical address in commercial email. A sequence can't launch until yours is set.
Per-country sending rules
Germany, Austria, Poland and other countries expect prior consent for B2B cold email. OmniLead warns or blocks before a send, based on your workspace policy.
Suppression, everywhere
Bounces, unsubscribes and opt-outs join one suppression list that every mailbox and teammate respects.
A public opt-out portal
Anyone can verify their email and remove or suppress their data across every workspace. It's the page we'd want to exist.
Deliverability guardrails
A campaign pauses itself at a 5% bounce rate. Open tracking is off by default. New workspaces ramp up gradually.

Workflow

From a search to a signed term sheet, in one tool.

Search, verification, sequences and CRM usually live in four subscriptions. Here they share one record, so nothing gets lost between tools.

  1. 1

    Find

Search investors, companies, researchers or grants. Filters adapt to the lens, and every result links to its source.

  2. 2

    Verify

Reveal a contact for one credit. Syntax, MX, disposable and role checks run first, with a 0–100 confidence score.

  3. 3

    Reach

Send sequences from your own mailbox. Launch stays locked until unsubscribe, postal address and mailbox health are green.

    Pre-launch checklistAll clear
    • Unsubscribe link
    • Postal address
    • Mailbox health
  4. 4

    Close

Replies stop the sequence and move the contact to Replied. Track every conversation in one pipeline.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

More in the docs, or write to support@omni.cloudgens.net.

Where does OmniLead's data come from?

Only public, verifiable sources: SEC EDGAR Form D filings for investors; company websites, OpenCorporates and Google Places for leads; OpenAlex, ORCID and Crossref for researchers; Grants.gov, NIH RePORTER and NSF Awards for grants. Every field stores the URL it came from and the date we found it.

Do you use AI to guess contacts?

No. Contacts are never generated by a language model. If an address isn't published, OmniLead ranks possible addresses using the pattern of real addresses found on the same domain, verifies them, and labels them as pattern-based. Optional AI drafting only helps write email copy.

What does a credit buy?

One credit loads a page of search results and one credit reveals a contact. Revealing the same contact again is free, and failed or invalid lookups are refunded automatically. Plan credits are used before credit packs, and packs never expire.

Is cold email legal?

It depends on where your recipients are. In the US, CAN-SPAM allows it with honest headers, a postal address and a working unsubscribe. Some EU countries expect prior consent for B2B email, and Canada's CASL is stricter still. OmniLead enforces the mechanics and lets your admins set per-country rules. It isn't legal advice.

Can people remove themselves from OmniLead?

Yes. Anyone can verify their email at /privacy/opt-out and either remove their data or be suppressed from all outreach. Removal applies across every workspace.

Which mailboxes can I send from?

Any mailbox that supports SMTP and IMAP, with a daily cap, sending window and ramp-up per mailbox. Replies are detected over IMAP and stop the sequence automatically.

What happens when the Growth trial ends?

After 14 days your workspace moves to the Free plan automatically. We never ask for a card to start the trial, and your data stays where it is.
